"When our 12 year old tankless hot water heater was acting up, I was told by other plumbers that it's age was going to make it hard for finding parts, I should just consider buying a new one. Our Takgai, has been running great with only a few hick-ups. Totally Tankless took the time to ask the right questions and get the information needed to advise me that I did not have to buy a new unit. The service tech was wonderful, answering all the questions that I had. When all was done, our units was back up and running. Thanks "

"Steve, Andrew and Lisa, are the best. The response was faster than a speeding bullet. I spoke to Steve on A Sunday and Andrew was at my home 9 am on Monday. Andrew diligently diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs to get me up and running once again. Totally Tankless is 100% customer oriented and know the business.
