"My boiler is of a less common maker. After several other firms were unable to fix it - and in fact made it worse - Steve very quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Since then - perhaps five years ago - he and his team have repaired other problems and done general maintenance. They always provide service the same or next day of the call. Pleasant people to have in your home. Very reasonable pricing. Couldn't imagine using anyone else but TotallyTankless."

"When notified by the person who was watching our house while we were away that we had a leak in our hot water heater, Steve Foerst very quickly came over to evaluate the situation and make recommendations. He then arranged to have a new unit and necessary parts available to be installed as soon as we returned home. We have been very pleased with the services provided y Totally Tankless over many years.Steve is very knowledgeable , and just as importantly , is very honest.He has saved us money on more than one occasion.Thus, we trust him explicitly. His workers, too , are also polite and knowledgeable. Our most recent contact was with Lisa and Andrew. We heartily recommend Totally Tankless."

"I highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get work done on plumbing/heating. Steve is a very HONEST person and he has helped me with interest free payment plans.Steve keeps his word and he is very knowledgeable. "I have been doing business with Totally Tankless for 7 plus years. I was having problems with my Buderus furnace. After 3 years of no heat/ no Hot water problems, I was directed to Totally Tankless, He identified an improper installation from another contractor. Steven resolved the chronic problem I was having with my Buderus furnace. The first service Steven was able to diagnose the problem and resolve it. Since then, Steve and his team installed a new furnace and has been performing the annual service ever since. I would highly recommend Totally Tankless for any heat or hot water needs. "
